At Inkcentive Promo, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our shipping and return policies carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days. Personalized products may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design.

  • Shipping Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on product weight, destination, and shipping method selected.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary by location. Inkcentive Promo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded.

2. Returns & Exchanges

  • Finished Products (non-customized): May be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Custom Products: Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, product defect).

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for finished products may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Orders for custom products cannot be canceled once the design or production process has begun.
