For best application results, we recommend using a professional heat press with even pressure and temperature control.
Recommended Application Settings:
Temperature: 310°F – 320°F (155°C – 160°C)
Pressure: Medium to firm pressure
Press Time: 12–15 seconds
Peel: Warm peel recommended
Repress: Additional 5 seconds using protective sheet for maximum durability
Application settings may vary depending on garment type, fabric composition, and patch finish.
To achieve the highest production quality, please follow these artwork guidelines when submitting your files:
Preferred file formats: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, or high-resolution PNG
Minimum resolution: 300 DPI
Convert fonts to outlines when possible
Use transparent backgrounds for cleaner artwork processing
Ensure fine details are large enough for 3D texture production
Upload artwork sized proportionally to final patch dimensions

Recommended care guidelines:
Wash garments inside out
Use cold or warm water settings
Avoid high-heat drying when possible
Do not bleach directly over patch areas
Avoid excessive stretching of patch surfaces
Do not iron directly on the patch
